What is the difference between a public and a private notary?

Both are official routes in Dubai. A Dubai Courts (public) notary and a licensed private Notary Public can each complete the act; the right one depends on your document and timing. We coordinate whichever applies to your case.

Will I get a printed copy or a digital one?

Remote notarization is issued electronically in Arabic with a verifiable QR. We can arrange a stamped bilingual or printed original on request.

Is a notarized POA valid across all the Emirates?

A POA notarized through the official UAE route is recognised nationwide. If it will be used abroad, an extra MOFA and embassy legalization step applies — we tell you up front whether that is needed.
