The wording that gets accepted

The rule that decides whether your court POA works.

Most rejected POAs fail here. We prepare yours to clear it.

§Litigation rights · express

A court POA must expressly grant litigation rights — general wording is rejected.

The Dubai courts reject vague, all-purpose wording for litigation. The POA must state the specific powers — to file, attend, settle, appeal and, where relevant, arbitrate — so we set them out explicitly for the forum involved. You appoint the lawyer or representative; we prepare the document.

Appointing from abroad?

Most clients authorize a representative without flying in. We handle it two ways and manage the Dubai side throughout.

Sign in your home country

We guide the attestation chain — notary → your country's MOFA → UAE embassy → MOFA in Dubai → Arabic translation — then your representative acts on the case here.

Remote notarization by video

Where the law allows, your POA is notarized remotely by a licensed Dubai Notary Public over a secure video call, then issued with a verifiable QR.

Court POA

Your litigation questions, answered.

Yes — but the POA must expressly grant litigation rights. We state the specific powers your case needs so the court accepts the document.
